My name is Cynthia Juma married to Rev Anderson Juma, blessed with two children. I never knew God will favour me this way. When I look at my life, I see so much grace and I want to speak to someone who is in pain and suffering. God will do something new in Jesus name! ( Rev 12: 11).
From January, I had on and off abdominal pains making me rely on pain killers. The actual problem was unknown. In February, the condition became worse and so my husband took me to RHH hospital. On examination, the Doctor recommended a scan and referred me to NGH, but was sent back to RHH. The Scan was then booked for 24th February by my GP at a medical centre. The scan confirmed cysts on both ovaries.
The left one measured 14cm. The pain became worse and unbearable, sleeping was a problem, I lost my appetite and lost a lot of weight. At that time, I could not walk properly, had enlarged tammy like a pregnant woman. The only solution was to under go operation. I was put on waiting list for April. I suffered so much and cried every day. I lost hope, but God worked a miracle on 7th March.I was so much in pain, My husband tried to call for ambulance but was told my case was not an emergency.
We attended the Health Centre in the morning, but they refused to see us since it was a Saturday, said were only attending to those on appointment. We returned home stranded and all hope lost. Apparently, Pastor and other Saints were praying at FOLCC Church. God used His servants from FOLCC, by His divine appointment got me admitted. Doctor advised that according to blood results, I urgently needed Blood Transfusion. We later learnt that the big cyst busted and had to go surgery. The operation was successful.I thank God Almighty for a full recovery and giving me another chance to live.
Thanks to FOLCC for Intercessory Prayers. I am a living testimony.The Lord answer prayers.
