Pastoral – To feed the flock, love the congregation regardless of their colour, nationality, gender or status, just as Christ loved the church. To mentor and nurture individuals in their calling. To pray, visit and attend to members where possible or when need arise.
Eldership-To maintain sound relationships and coordination of all departments in church.To co-ordinate the projects, programmes and departmental activities to ensure they run smoothly.
Publicity & Church Administration- To develop and maintain a sound relationship with all the members of the congregation regardless of their colour, nation. Keep up to date and communicate effectively with the church and the Community. Record keeping mandatory for reference. Safe guarding Office- ensure the safety of the congregation and the environment. Observe and enforce regulations for the church.
Missions & Evangelism-Have a register of visitors. Arrange and organise date for missions, as commissioned to go out to preach the gospel.To pray and survey places potential for church planting.
Sunday School- To engage little ones in the Word of God as they grow up. To help them have interest and love the Bible.
Praise & Worship- To maintain and develop a sound relationship with all the praise group members. Maintain a life of prayer and reading of the word. To understand that praise/ singing should bring glory to God and not man. To stand accountable and meet regularly for rehearsals.
Youth Ministry – The aim is to maintain a sound relationship with all the youths.To hold seminars. To be exposed to each other and be grounded in the word. To encourage the reading of the Bible, praying and fasting.
Men’s Ministry-To develop and maintain a sound relationship with all men in church. Visit and encourage one another. As well, to organise some function once in a while, to ensure men are taught and grounded in the Lord.
Ladies Ministry-develop and maintain a sound relationship with all the women in church. To embark on a massive visitation programme. Organise some function once in a while for exposures and to be grounded in the word of God.
Prayer & Intercessory-To watch and pray. Have intercessory meeting every Saturday, organise overnight and prayer sessions whenever possible.To encourage and challenge the congregation to pray and study in the gap where needed.
Couples Ministry -To maintain sound relationships and inspire one another in the area of marriage, in church and community. To offer teaching sessions and counselling to individual when required.
Hospitality Ministry -Taking care of the community and those less- privileged in our society like homeless, orphans and widows.
Destiny Changers-To maintain and develop a sound relationship with all the singles in the church. Encourage, inspire and build each other in the things of God.
Protocol & ushers- to attend to immediate needs of the church before, during and after service. To be vigilant and render service where required.
